As people we have been blessed with things such as emotions. We have positive emotions. But we also have negative emotions. In this article let’s take a look at a couple of negative emotions. Why they are two emotions we need to take a closer look at is because these emotions are ones that may require professional help.We all have had the pleasure of experiencing joys.We all can go through emotions like sadness. We have those times when anger can be experienced by us as well. But there will be instances when we have our emotions get the best of us. This is speaking from experience being a family therapist San Diego.First lets examine the emotion of anger. This is an emotion that is extremely volatile.Everyone has experienced this emotion. But for quite a few people it is possible that it will get the best of them. What I mean when I say get the best of them I mean they may get out of control. They can in some instance take their anger and use violence to express it.That is why it is so dangerous. I have seen it go too far too many times doing anger management counseling. That is the moment when it must be handled professionally. Because it can cause damage to other people. The other emotion we may experience is depression. Doing depression counselor has allowed me to see how this emotion can be dangerous as well. Most of the times this emotion won’t hurt people in a direct way.But this is one of those emotions that can cause harm to one’s self. There are many causes. Sometimes it is a chemical imbalance. That is when it needs to be treated with medicine.Or it can be something that happens that triggers the depression. Either way, when someone experiences it they may need help.As you pretty obviously can tell these two emotions are ones that you have to be able to control.Whether you are talking about anger or depression, those emotions both can cause serious issues. Either to those around you or yourself. So if you can tell someone may be going through these emotions, they could be in need of some counseling. It is going to be the best for everyone.
Shouting is very immediate and often shows feelings that you desperately want to put across. In many cases it shows that you wish to emphasize or make something very clear. Shouting can also suggest that you are unable to communicate some very strong emotions because people simply are not listening or you feel it is inappropriate to speak so openly.

Sleep deprivation changes affects the accuracy of rating others emotions
Most people report feeling more irritable, depressed and crabby after not sleeping, but it may also affect how we interpret the emotions in others.
In this study conducted at University of California at Berkeley, 37 volunteers were randomly assigned to either a normal night of sleep or total sleep deprivation. The next day, they were shown a series of faces with varying amounts of emotion- including happy, sad, and angry. They found that the sleep deprived participants rated the pictures of happy and angry faces as less angry and happy than those who slept that night. The same was not true for the pictures of sad faces- sleep or not, they rated them similarly.Interestingly, the effect was stronger in women than in men. Women gave even lower scores for happy and angry faces. Why this matters:When people are out in the real world, being able to interpret emotions in others is a very important skill.People who have certain disorders, such as autism, have difficulty with emotional cues, which causes problems and frustrations for them. On a scientific note- this study may also give us some clues about the brain regions that are affected by sleep deprivation. For example, the forefront lobe of the brain, the part of the brain involved in interpreting and managing our emotions, has been shown in neural imaging studies to be affected by sleep deprivation. By the way- this effect was reversible. In the second night of the study, everyone was allowed to go to sleep and the perceptions in the sleep deprived group went back to normal.

Chained Emotions
Gone are the years,
Gone are the days,
Gone are the opportunities,
Then why do I still feel the pain !!
Times have changed,
I've grown in the world of uncertainty,
You've grown into a world of togetherness,
And We've grown into a world of happiness,
Then why do I still feel the pain !!
Never felt the touch,
Never felt the warmth,
Never wiped your tears,
Never laughed with you,
Never held your hands,
Then why do i still feel the pain !!
Your beautiful eyes have captivated many,
Your heavenly smile makes me wanna sing to you,
The aroma of freshness around you,
Makes me wanna wake up to you everyday,
Then why do I still feel the pain !!
Days and nights are not enough,
To admire your astounding beauty,
Time is not by our side nor the world is,
But still wanna keep looking at you forever,
Don't wanna blink my eyes, time is not on my side
Now i know why I still feel the pain,
Not sure if you are feeling the same
.

.Bloody hell !! I was sitting on a damn nail !!!!! :)

Guidance of your Emotions
"If you are using anything other than your emotions to help you know the validity or the perfection of the choice of your thought in the moment , then you are off your signal. Then you are setting yourself up for something that’s gonna get bigger and bigger and bigger before it comes to any sort of a satisfying conclusion. …"
